Janesboro 1-0 Newmarket Celtic
Janesboro booked their place in the final of the Munster Junior Cup at the expense of Celtic A thanks to a 93rd minute strike from Niall Hanley.
A long ball from Tom Clarke, was headed down by his brother Shane into the path of Hanley who finished well giving Shane Cusack no chance.
It was a disappointing finish to a dogged 90 minutes in which either side could have run out winners.
The hosts were in control in the opening half, thanks largely to a strong breeze at their backs, but they failed to create any clear goalscoring opportunities.
They were limited to shots from distance or snapshots that were continuously dragged wide of Cusack's post.
Early in the second half, Celtic lost Stephen Kelly to injury and nearly found themselves behind but Tom Clarke's header went north of the crossbar.
Eoin Hayes went closest for the visitors when his long range strike in the 66th minute clipped the post on its way wide.
Hayes had another half-chance in the 90th minute but his effort spun away from John Mulready's goal.
Immediately after, it was heartbreak in Limerick once more for Celtic when Hanley pounced at the death.
Janesboro will play Pike Rovers in the final of the competition.
