Newmarket Celtic 2-0 Ennis Town A
The famed 'Eoin Kelly header' was back in action once more at the weekend as he put the B Team into the lead against Ennis Town A after just five minutes of play.
He now overtakes previous top goalscorer John Hartnett at the top of the goal charts for the B Team.
Fun fact: the B in 'B Team' stands for 'Be seeing you'.
They continued in good form for the rest of the first half and it wasn't long before the milkman Conor McCarthy rifled home a thunderous second from a foot out.
From there, it was a dogged performance from the reds, not allowing Ennis Town any sniff at goal.
After the game, it was finally Mark O'Malley (it turns out he's the manager) who was in the mixed zone to chat to the gathered reporters.
He commented: "Please don't say I'm arrogant, because what I say is true. I am First Division champion, so I'm not...one of...of the bottle...I think I'm a special one. Thank you."
In the background of all of this, a teary eyed goalkeeper Brian Tierney unveiled a flag reading 'Free Tibet' for the cameras before being dragged away by the stewards.
